Who we are

This website is the sign-up page for People's Trust Insurance policy alerts, a text message program run by People's Trust MGA LLC d/b/a People's Trust Insurance.

What we collect

When you sign up: your first and last name, policy number and mobile number, the date and time you agreed, the consent wording you agreed to, and basic technical details of the sign-up (IP address and browser) as a record of your consent. We also keep your opt-out and help requests. This website uses no cookies, tracking or advertising.

How we use it

Only to send you text alerts about your policy, to answer your questions, and to keep a record of your consent and opt-out requests.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share your number only with the text message provider that delivers our messages, and only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

While you are signed up for text alerts. Consent and opt-out records are kept as long as the law requires.
