People's Trust Insurance policy alerts is a text message program run by People's Trust MGA LLC d/b/a People's Trust Insurance for its policyholders. Messages are about your policy: policy information, documents to review or sign, signing reminders and general notices when a hurricane may affect your area. There are no marketing messages.

How you join

You join on this website by entering your name, policy number and mobile number and checking the separate consent box, which is never pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with the activity on your policy, plus occasional hurricane notices.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to join again.

Reply HELP to any message, or email jhollander@pti.insure.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
